About Me!

Hey I'm Bel! I am a proud mother of one, passionate about leading a healthy, happy and authentic life and coaching others how to do the same!

From a very young age, I have always been a happy and bubbly person with a passion and eagerness for life and the challenges it presents. Every experience has taught me a significant lesson and the most painful of these have brought out significant transformational growth.

There was a time in my life where I wasn't my joyful, lively self and I certainly wasn’t living the life I advocate now; however, coming out of this part of my life was the greatest experience I had ever encountered and has led me to where I am now!

When I left school, I took a year off and did a Certificate in massage then worked as a massage therapist and a few other jobs for the remainder of that year. I then went to university and did a double degree in Education and Exercise Science. I landed my first job as a science and HPE teacher which I thought, at the time, was my dream job; however, since becoming a teacher I questioned for years whether this was the right career for me and after 6 years of teaching in a range of schools and subjects, I pulled the pin on my teaching career and took a plunge to do something completely different, become an online entrepreneur!!!

When I first started in the online biz, I did not realise how much emotional and mental growth needed to happen before I could become the best version of me! I have dedicated a number of years to finding my true, authentic self and I was committed to improving and strengthening my belief patterns and personal attitudes.

In doing this, I have discovered my passion and excitement to help others do the same: find their true, beautiful and authentic selves through uncovering the strength inside them that has always been there, just never given the time to shine and coach and mentor them how to create their own identity and online personal brands!

I know that I have always loved educating and helping people and I've always been passionate about health! Now, through listening to what my deepest and truest desires were, I get to live this passion every, single, day!

I want to show women, mums, nannies, grandmas, aunties and sisters how powerful and important is it to live truthfully, authentically and without fear.
