This 12 week total wellness package is designed for those wanting to make serious and long lasting changes to achieve overall wellness through exercise, nutrition and mindset.
The initial consultation, allows us to take a deep dive into the experiences in the past you believe are holding you back. Feedback from this call will be used to adapt the program to suit you and determine a focus for the 12 weeks. We will work together throughout the program to break down barriers in mindset, so you can learn how to become the best version of you!
Each week, we will discuss different health topics and ways to continuously improve your mindset and habits. You will receive regular check ins for accountability and so you know you are supported on this incredible journey you have carved out for yourself.
Each week you will have access to weekly training sessions and videos which include resources to help to shape your new habits and belief systems. You will gain access to mindset hacks and resources to improve habits around food, nutrition, mindset, exercise and overall wellbeing.
From this you can monitor your habits, learn ways to help you stay on track and create positive habits to help you learn to love yourself again!
